De meest diverse bedrijven hebben nu meer dan ooit kans om beter te presteren dan niet-diverse bedrijven.
Uit analyse blijkt dat bedrijven in het top segment van genderdiversiteit in directieteams 25% meer kans op een bovengemiddelde winstgevendheid hebben dan soortgelijke bedrijven in het laagste segment.
